FEES

At The Psychology Alley, each session is 50 minutes in length and costs $230.00, which is payable at the beginning or end of the session. After-hours appointments (5pm onwards) are charged at a higher fee of $245.00. These include card processing fees.

Please note that these are the current fees, and I am expecting clinical endorsement early in 2025. Once endorsement is granted (estimated around February 2025), Medicare rebates will increase from $96.65 per session to $141.85 (up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a valid mental health care plan). As such, my rates will adjust as follows:

• $280.00 per 50-minute session (before 5PM)

• $295.00 for after-hours appointments (after 5PM)

This remains below the APS recommended rate of $311 per session.

REBATES

If you have a valid mental health care plan, you will eligible to receive a rebate of $96.65 per session (and $141.85 per session once I receive clinical endorsement). These rebates can be claimed up to 10 times per calendar year. If you have private health insurance, you may receive a rebate depending on your insurer provider, as well as your level of coverage.
