Are you a psychologist looking to move into private practice for a few days a week without burning out or starting from scratch?
Do you want stable income, structured support, and space to deepen your clinical expertise, including CPD and peer consultation, while building a caseload aligned with your interests?
The Psychology Alley is a growing, values-driven adult psychotherapy practice based in Sydney CBD (St James Trust Building).
We are currently seeking a Psychologist (2 days per week, Wednesdays & Thursdays preferred) to join the practice as an employee.
Who This Role Is Designed For
This position is intentionally designed for a psychologist currently working outside of private practice (e.g., hospital, NGO, community, or mixed roles) who wants to transition into private practice in a supported, sustainable way.
