Clinical Psychologist & Board Approved Supervisor
Ana is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with extensive experience across public and private mental health settings. She provides peer supervision, secondary supervision for clinical psychology registrars, and primary and secondary supervision for provisional psychologists.
Her clinical experience spans adult and adolescent mental health, with particular interests in complex trauma, personality disorders, interpersonal difficulties, substance use, and domestic and family violence. Ana adopts an integrative approach to supervision, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support reflective, evidence-based clinical practice.
Ana is passionate about supporting psychologists to develop clinical confidence, deepen formulation skills and navigate the complexities of working with clients presenting with high levels of risk and complexity.
